Sleep Training

We all want our babies to sleep through the night, but its not always as easy as we think it may be. As ideal as it would be to have our babies sleeping through from birth, babies don’t actually develop a circadian rhythm until they are around 3 months old. That does not mean however that we can’t work to implement successful routines from day 1 that will help regulate their sleep cycle. At around 4 months old you can begin sleep training your baby as at this age they are able to learn how to self-soothe and can begin going longer stretches without needing to feed during the night. However, every baby is different so there may be some variation in when sleep training is an appropriate next step for your baby. We are here to help you navigate this journey. All of our packages come with an in-person and a remote option.
